My order can't be send to my country, what do I do?
Most of the time is because you put products from different regions in the same order. for example with products have "US""UK""BE" , it means they are from different warehouses. when there is no country's short term name in the title, it means the products will be ship from China. please put products from the same warehouse in your order. if you want to purchase something doesn't have in your local warehouse, we suggest to sperate your items into two orders which each one are including products from the same warehouse.Thanks!
Also sometimes it could because your country is not registered by our website developer. in this case you can contact us to add your country into the shipping list.
Why my order has been cancelled and my payment been refunded?
Below please find some of the most common reasons for this type of situation:
- The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account does not match the details you use for this order. We have tried to contact you but have not received your response within a reasonable period of time. For this reason, we may have canceled your order.
- One or more of the products contained in your order were out of stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days after contacting you for the first time, we will send you the refund of your purchase.
What do I do if I left the wrong information?
You can contact the customer service to correct your order or information.normally you will get a response within 12 hrs.
However if the package is already sent. we may not take the responsibility for this order.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
If you buy from your local warehouse, normally it will take 5 to 10 days.
If buy from China warehouse, normally it will take 15 to 25 days.
And you can always ask the customer service is your parcel haven't arrive within the regular time.
What happens if my order got lost in the transition?
We will send you a new set and take the responsibility.

Why the discount code I'm intend to use is invalid?
It could because the code has been cancelled.However you can contact customer service to ask for a discount code. which usually will be a 15% discount code.
Or you can look for the influencers who were cooperating with us. we provide 25% discount code for their followers.You can find the discount code in their video made for YaYoGe.
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
It's because at the moment our stock is running out, and you can consult the customer service and decide if you want a refund or waiting for some time for the stock to be refilled.
How can I search to find products on the website?
You can use the search bottom or find the products you want in our catagories. if you need some assistance, feel free to contact our customer services, we will be glad at your service.
What if I didn't receive everything I've ordered?
In this case. please take a picture of the products you have received and send to the customer service. we can either refund you the parts you didn't receive or send you the rest of the products right away.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://yayoge.com will be accepted.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
What if the products I have received are incorrect or damaged?

How can I change or cancell my order?
