COVID-19 Update

· Due to the Covid-19 caused a significant drop in the capacity of international flights, which directly affected the time limit of parcels shipped from China to 2 or 3 times before,so we temporarily stopped parcels sent from China untill International flights return to normal.


· Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.



What does this mean for you?

· Customers in US,UK you still can order these products in US WAREHOUSE/UK WAREHOUSE.And after two months, customers in other European countries can also purchase products in BE WAREHOUSE.


· Processing times will be delayed. But, we’ll make sure to notify you ASAP when your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.


· You can still cancel for a refund. We are keeping our updated return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. If you have any questions about your order or wish to cancel, please contact customer service here.
